The course that shows you how to take photos of yourselfand stop worrying about being in them.
no bad photos Method to Photograph Yourself
A practical self-portrait course, no photography experience necessary. Inspired by a simple experiment, one self portrait a day for 30 days.
It Matters Who Holds the Camera
Because whoever holds the camera gets to decide what the story looks like.
For most of our lives, someone else has held it.
Which means many women end up with a strange modern problem:
They need photos constantly
for their work, their website, their Substack, their Instagram…
…and yet being in front of the camera still feels uncomfortable.
You might recognize this moment:
You open your camera roll.
You scroll.
Maybe this one?
No. Delete.
Definitely not.
Why do my arms look like that?
Eventually you close the app and promise yourself you’ll deal with photos later.
No Bad Photos was created to interrupt that loop.
What Happens When You Take Your Photo Every Day for 30 Days?
A few years ago I decided to find out.
For 30 days I photographed myself every day.
Just to see what would happen if I stayed in front of the camera long enough to notice what changed.
The photos didn't magically become perfect.
But something else changed.
The more often I saw myself, the less dramatic the experience became.
I stopped hating with the camera.
I started recognizing myself.
No Bad Photos teaches the exact process that came out of that experiment.
“Yes, those photos you see on my website? They were all taken by me, thank you very much, and I feel beautiful."
— Laure, Artist
The Real Problem Isn’t the Camera
Most photo courses focus on:
poses
angles
lighting tricks
editing apps
Those things can be helpful.
But they skip the part that actually makes photos hard for most people:
what happens in your head the moment the camera turns on.
No Bad Photos approaches the problem differently.
Instead of trying to force confidence, we change the experience of being photographed through repetition, structure, and simple tools.
Calm the reaction, and the rest gets easier.
“The first self-portrait sitting was hard, I made excuses to avoid doing it. Now I regret not having this course in my 20's and living it up in photos. It's so liberating to be on the other side of my fear.”
— Elena, entrepreneur, 52

Inside The Course
MODULE 1: KNOW WHAT YOU WANT
You’ll create a simple mood board that actually reflects you, not what you think you “should” like. You'll learn how to notice the patterns in images you're drawn to and translate that into photos you can take yourself.
MODULE 2: GET YOUR HEAD RIGHT
This is the mindset piece, without affirmations or makeovers. We work directly with: the urge to delete everything, the discomfort of seeing yourself
the fear response that kicks in when the camera turns on. Using your own photos, you'll begin changing how you see yourself in images.
MODULE 3: SIMPLE SET-UP
You'll learn how to use natural light, your real space, and timing to create flattering photos without complicated equipment.
MODULE 4: TAKE THE PHOTO
Tripod placement.
Distance.
Framing. And most importantly, what to actually do with your body and face once the camera starts clicking.
MODULE 5: PICTURE SELECTION
Learn how to review your photos. You'll know what to keep, what to ignore, and how to build a library of usable images quickly.
MODULE 5: EASY EDITS
Small adjustments that raise the quality quickly while keeping your photos natural and consistent. No retouching required.

What Happens After People Try No Bad Photos?
A photo simply becomes a photo. It no longer holds the power to ruin your day. And you begin to accumulate memories, a photo app full of images that feel like the moment you took them. You are still you, just free from the feeling of being judges by a bad photo. And isn't that a relief?
"Thank you for all you have opened up for me.
I've found freedom in not trying to be perfect & that stems from gaining confidence. It's so interesting how confidence gained from self-portraits overlaps and expands into so many aspects of your life. I will be forever grateful to you."
